I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance, and on the morning of the appointment I called to confirm. Their office person checked and confirmed the appointment. 15 min past the appointment time, I called and they said the tech would call me back immediately. This went on a few times. An hour later I called, and they said the manager would call me. It's been a day later and still no call back. I wasted over an hour of the home owners time waiting around. I will never call this company again nor would I recommend to anyone else. They have absolutely no respect for anyone's time.
I really like Burbank Remodeling & Handyman Services especially their staff. Everyone is very reliable and really knew what they are doing. I can really trust them to always do a good job!
Contacted Burbank Remodeling & Handyman Services to do some tile repair and they did an outstanding job. Me and my husband really admired Guy and his team for their fantastic work ethic!
