Our home has never had air conditioning but has had forced air heating. This year we decided that we needed some sort of air conditioning since previous summers had been so hot, in the triple digits on occasion and fans, though helpful, didn't solve the issue. My husband studied the types of air conditioning available and decided upon Ductless Air Conditioning. Eli came out, listened to what our desires were, and it was agreed that we would have a unit installed in 3 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Unfortunately, due to the angle of our attic, 2 had to be placed where the drainage was not particularly favorable, but believed would work. Regrettably the unit in our living room leaked. On 3 occasions, technicians came out and worked endlessly until it was believed that the problem was solved, though the unit continued to leak.
