Reliable Air Conditioning & Heating

I have a 10-yr old Carrier Infinity. The Infinitive control was not broken and beyond repair. I called many Carrier authorized dealers, Reliable A/C is the ONLY company that quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone (free) and found me the new replacement thermostat. Karen is a totally dedicated manager, committed to customer, and most importantly transparent and honest. Despite the huge demand for their service, Karen was able to have the thermostat installed on their first available service appointment. I highly recommend Reliable AC & Heat! They are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and truly experts in the field. I spoke with Karen who is so nice and knowledgeable and she explained in detail the issue and how they were going to repair it. She is amazing! They were responsible and on time. Santiago who did the repairs with another technician was great and they took lots of care in doing everything right.
