ADCO. prepared a fraudulent contract and give $ 5000 discount to mach the recovery money from insurance company to replace our roof and over bid the competition. 3. ADCO. obtain $6000 as initial down payment. 4. ADCO. sent two worker to cut the roof and then they moved to remove tiles from our walkway. then left the roof to leak and our walk way collect water after any rain. 5. At this time Mr. Dan from adco thought he has us on the rope , so ADCO . came with new contract ! changing the quality of the roof from asphalt roof that we want and was is 1st contract to lower cost roof,torch done roof that ADCO. want ( copy of contracts are available), then ADCO. raised the price to recover the fraudulent dis
