Not the best experience with the technician that arrived. He was unprepared and wasn't sure of the company policy regarding warranty for parts. But the people on the phone and in the office have been good about doing what they said they would and honoring manufacturer warranties.
Bellows is great, every time I call them from emergency to a grand project. I have used them now on 4 separate occasions and each time has been great. They work with my schedule, offer me options per single project, get the jobs done quickly and right.
Bellows is the best of the best. Always very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Jake, the technician who came to repair the wiring damaged by rat, and rewrapped the insulation, did an excellent job and is very nice. Services: Heating system repair, A/C system repair
