I can't say enough nice thing about Russell Stone and his crew at Simply Green Plumbing. They replaced my sewer line and all pipes under the house efficiently and at a reasonable price. When the atmospheric river flooded my drain and put 4 inches of water in my garage they came out within an hour and cleaned up the entire mess. I hired Russell and his crew to extend a natural gas line into a new patio and also do some outdoor and indoor water plumbing work. Out of all the contractors I interviewed, Russell was the most detailed and took took the time to explain every aspect of the install, the various options and reasons why he recommended different approaches, even before I hired him. He also recommended a few changes and additions to my initial request, but wasn't pushy. I ended up doing some but not all of the suggestions and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. There was a slight delay in completion, but even though there were some unforeseen complications, he stuck to the original price he quoted. I worked with four different contractors for different parts of the same larger project, and Russell was definitely the best out of all of them at communicating and educating me so I could make decisions about what exactly I wanted. My house was built in 1925 and through the years many repairs were just enough or over time just worn out. So the fact that the house needed to have the gas lines replaced - re-pipe - was no surprise. The Simply Green Team came to my house and crawled around underneath and took pictures to show me the state the pipes. I had multiple pipes with different sized connectors. A re-pipe was needed. Simply Green Plumbing provided me with an estimate and more importantly options from basic (necessity) to more advanced. Once we agreed on the service Simply Green Plumbing really shined. They showed up on time, they were professional and polite. At the end of the day they cleaned up and left my home ready for us to live in. Finally, they meet their schedule and price.
