I like working with Simply Green Plumbing because of their professionalism. Technician visits first to make sure the problem is fully understood and then schedules the work after. As a condo owner, I like that they work well with my Property Management to coordinate the water shutoff. It's pretty straightforward, but if anything needs to be sorted out, Hillary is very kind, easy to get in touch with, helpful, and accommodating. I hired Russell and his crew to extend a natural gas line into a new patio and also do some outdoor and indoor water plumbing work. Out of all the contractors I interviewed, Russell was the most detailed and took took the time to explain every aspect of the install, the various options and reasons why he recommended different approaches, even before I hired him. He also recommended a few changes and additions to my initial request, but wasn't pushy. I ended up doing some but not all of the suggestions and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. There was a slight delay in completion, but even though there were some unforeseen complications, he stuck to the original price he quoted. I worked with four different contractors for different parts of the same larger project, and Russell was definitely the best out of all of them at communicating and educating me so I could make decisions about what exactly I wanted.
