We hired Western roofing and they were wonderful, they went above and beyond from the initial inspection to the installation itself. The owner was friendly, personable and honest as to the requirements. Pricing was also very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent and the workers were diligent and polite. Great Experience! Our metal roof started leaking on a Saturday during the recent January storms. I called Western Roofing for help since they claimed to specialize in metal roofs. I learned the hard way that not all roofers know how to properly lay and repair this roofing material. Their technician, Omar, was at our house to assess the situation within a few hours. More rain and wind were on the way so he was not able to complete the repairs that day, but he did secure a tarp to keep us dry. As soon as there was a break in the storms, Omar was scheduled to return and the repairs were done quickly. Here's why I am giving them 5 stars: - the cost for the service call was applied to the total repair cost AND the overall cost of the job was very reasonable - they were at my house quickly on a rainy, Saturday, holiday weekend and sealed us up.
