Do not use this company. We had a guy come out and give us quotes. We shopped around & decided they were going to be the best for the amount of money they were asking for. We largely made that decision based on our initial interaction with the guy the came out to take a look at our needs and give us a quote. After we agreed to pay for the $13,000 AC, we never heard from that guy. We were told that it would take one day. The team that they contracted to do the work was nice, but no one spoke English so it was very difficult to communicate with them. They didn’t have any help from SoCal Climate with communication. They did the best they could with the resources the company gave them, however they had problem after problem with the install that ended up taking 3 days, with a different person coming each time to continue the job. We needed a new air conditioning system because it had been 25 years since one was installed and our house just wasn't being cooled sufficiently. Also, our current system used freon which I believe is being phased out and can be very expensive to maintain. I contacted SoCal Climate Control for an inspection and Tye stopped by. He measured each room, duct size, and the flow of air throughout the house. He recommended a new unit along with installing larger ducting material in some rooms. I believe his assessment was correct because we had added more square feet to our home over the years but we never upgraded the cooling infrastructure therefore our system was struggling to cool the house. Within 3 days, the installation team installed the new A/C unit and appropriate ducting and we immediately noticed the cooling difference as soon as we turned the unit on.
