Our AC stopped working Thursday late in the afternoon. SoCal Climate Control was able to provide free diagnostic and was able to have a tech come in the same day. After a full schedule poor Allen still took me on as a last minute client and was able to find us a solution in 5 mins. So happy to have cool air again thanks to Allen and SoCal Climate Control.
Service technician was clear on a diagnosis of the air conditioning problem. He Explained everything and made it understandable. Then he gave me a digital quote regarding all of the possible cost details. He’s a person of integrity Andy I appreciate his work. Thank you Juan????
Called for an annual HVAC inspection at the office. They came out within a few days. Jim explained things and was very personable, yet incredibly professional. We used them last year and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend this company and especially their employee Jim, he was great!!
