From the jump Tip Top separated themselves from the rest. I reached out to them on Easter Sunday when we determined we had a gas leak. Gas company came out and shut us down. Having a toddler - my wife and I needed hot water and heat immediately and were concerned at the situation lurking under our home. I received a personalized and thorough response directly from the owner, David. I spoke to him that afternoon (on a Sunday) and he assured me he would have a plumber scheduled for Monday morning. The next day - right on schedule - Willie came to my home to assess the situation. Willie was knowledgeable and thorough in evaluating what was wrong. Our gas lines were a mess and even with bad news, Willie had a plan to solve the situation effectively and efficiently. He is a pro and I trusted him the start. They truly care about their customers and if we ever have an issue in the future they will be our go to no questions asked. David H. was our technician and what a great guy!
