Searched on line for a reputable plumber. I called Tip Top and spoke to the owner, David who was very nice, helpful, and fair on a price quote. Scheduled a next day appointment. Luckily got a quick call back from their Field Manager Willie who said he could come right out. Willie could not have been more lovely or professional. Was really patient, and answered all my questions on other plumbing matters. Would give Willie 10 stars if could. Thanks guys!

I really can’t begin to say enough great things about this company. The service from start to finish was absolutely incredible. They truly care about their customers and if we ever have an issue in the future they will be our go to no questions asked. David H. was our technician and what a great guy! He was incredibly helpful. He assessed our issues quickly and we can now go through our insurance company to complete our repairs. Thank you so much you guys! Outstanding service!! Would also like to note how lovely Linda was over the phone. I called her on a Friday before a holiday weekend at about 1pm and she worked us into the schedule same day! Absolutely amazing service. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I just had these guys come in today to fix a valve on my downstairs bathtub/shower and they ended up flooding my upstairs bathroom because they left all the fixtures running once they turned the water back on, leaving me with about 10 gallons of water hanging out in my ceiling. Tried to contact the company to get them to send a water mitigation team out to dry the ceiling and the owner David Jones proceeded to call me a liar, tell me it's my fault, say that it's their policy to leave all the fixtures running on full blast for 30 minutes straight without telling the homeowner that they've restored water to the house, and then hang up on me. I've currently got several high powered dehumidifiers from Servpro running on full blast and am now working with my insurance company to repair the water damage to my ceiling. Hands down worst company I've had the misfortune to work with in LA. If you need plumbing work done, call literally any other plumber but Tip Top
