Sherlock Leak Detection

I had a slab leak and the plumber advised me to call a leak detector to determine the location of the leak. I called Sherlock on the weekend and asked if they could come on Monday. He came on Monday, on time and completed the job in about an hour. He marked the pipe path with tape and we marked an X where he determined the source of the leak was. Turns out he was off by 4", excellent detection (well in the range of where the plumber had to break the concrete). He also marked where we could re-route the pipe if we wanted to go that route. Never have I experienced such an unprofessional company in all my experience. These guys came out and were supposed to detect a water leak in our kitchen. They spent 30 min and charged 300 dollars to mark every pipe incorrectly. They marked the hot water line as a cold water line and where they said the leak was completely incorrect. After tearing up the floors and breaking the foundation the plumber found that the leak was in a different area that they didn't even mark as having a pipe in and going in a completely different direction. They had to widen the whole remove more of the floor and break more of the foundation to access the pipe. Not only did Sherlock leak detectors not detect the leak properly. When I called the owner to explain what happened and understandably get my money back since they failed completely. He was condescending and said that it's not their fault they couldn't find the pipe, that they were close enough in discovering it and didn't even care that his company

Ron and Amid are awesome! My third time using them for a leak detection on my properties and their response time is outstanding. They were able to work around my schedule and came to my rescue as I had a full team waiting to know where the leak was so we can start the excavation.
