Universal Heating & Air Conditioning team installed Cooling system two story home. It was a tricky job and they spent a great deal of time going over plans and sharing options. We appreciate how he explained the different scenarios we could have done with our unit. In the end, as you know we decided to replace the unit. The workmen were on time, courteous and efficient in getting the job done. he came out and checked on the system and all was good. I was told that after the next checkup in the spring I can sign up for your maintenance plan. I have not one complaint. From the women who answered the phone to the men that completed the job. All were wonderful. In closing thank you to all of the people at your company that handled our installation.

Universal Heating & Air Conditioning is the best! They always come out at the time they say. The servicemen are all extremely polite. They’re all very knowledgeable. And I feel like they’re honest and not trying to take all your money! As a single woman I appreciate that! Love this company.
