Butte Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I am so grateful to Al, who not only coordinated my job, but reached out to help me after I lost my house in Paradise in the Camp Fire wildfire. The contractor, who rebuilt my house not only abandoned the project, but did nothing to help me when I reported a leak in the roof he had installed. I then contacted Butte Roofing to ask for help to find and repair the leak. Al, from Butte Roofing, sent Jordyn, a very savvy young lady from their company, to come inspect my roof. She came out twice to try to try to identify where the leak was happening. She noticed some very fine water lines on the rafters inside the attic. Together, she and Al determined that many of the “new” shingles were defective. Al then became a detective and found the company that provided the shingles and subsequently discovered the brand of shingles that were installed. After buying a home, which another roofing company had previously repaired for the previous owner, we found that the roof was still failing, causing massive water damage. The recent wind and storm tore off many of my shingles and so I phoned several companies for help. Al was the only one who called back. He was out the next day and helped walk me through contacting the insurance company. With more rain coming soon he returned the same day to cover and protect the area.
