We contracted with them to roof a house we're building. At the beginning of the job, unsupervised piece workers with a bad attitude started the work - badly. My husband called the office with his concerns, which were dismissed. During the second week of the install, they sent out someone who could see the problems, and come up with a plan to remedy. That plan wasn't followed. At the end of the next week, the owner came out and saw that things were even worse than he'd imagined. They had to tear off a large section of roofing and replace it, as well as make other corrections. By that time, some of the issues could not be fixed. The owner became increasingly frustrated and combative and Owens Corning, the roofing material manufacturer, will probably not warranty their material, because of "workmanship" issues with the install.

Horrible office staff & bad service. And they treat their employees AWFUL. Stay far away when needing your roof done / repaired- and especially stay away from employment here!
