Called as soon as they opened, spoke to a very nice lady, she had me check a few things to see what was working, told me they had a busy day and had no openings till the next day, but that a tech would be in my area around a certain time frame and would come by if he could. Technician showed up and had it fixed in no time. He was fast efficient and very nice. I was happy with what I paid too, thought it might be more, glad it wasn’t. I will definitely use them again. If you’re looking for an HVAC company stop searching and just call Pro-Air. Sherm and his team are awesome! Needed to replace my old 35 yr old HVAC unit and furnace after they both went out right in the middle of summer. After getting my first estimate I called Pro-Air for a second opinion. It was a night and day experience. Not once did I feel like Sherm was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The other (big name) company sent what felt like a salesperson, trying to get me to approve upgrades to my system that weren’t necessary and hounded me with phone calls even after I told him I wanted a second opinion. Scheduling was easy and they showed up when they said they would. The two workers that came out were amazing! They got both my old units out, new ones in and I had cold air the same day. I won’t be calling anyone else.

I am so grateful for this company. I looked up this company online after my home warranty failed to find me a company that I could trust earlier this year. I had suspicions on how long my unit would hold up in the first place as I was having trouble with it years prior and it was a struggle to find a company to get on my roof. Originally Sherm installed a thermostat and from what my husband told me he is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind so I kept them in mind for future. This is the second time we have requested service from them. Just this week Sacramento reached all time record highs of 116 degrees. Our AC unit was not working and it got over 100 degrees in our home. Was super bad timing as we had carpet installation the day before so moving all my furniture was miserable in the heat.
