Very professional, helpful. Their technician is really good. He solved my rental unit issues promptly. Definitely, if you need repairs, call them. They don't replace it with a new unit for more profit. They repair well if they can first.

I am very disappointed with this company's service. We had a old air conditioning system that used to work but not as good. We had ACS replacing our unit in our home yesterday. First, they came much later than what they said they will come which we didn't make a big deal of it. But then when they finished working on the installation they immediately left without to give us some instructions on the new unit. We tried using it few minutes after they left ( that was at 3.30pm) the air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't use the air conditioning. We called the company maybe 20 times, any number we could get from online, or even to the cell number of the owner. No one picked up the phone and kept ignoring our calls. I sent several text messages to the owner but he didn't response. Today is Saturday and we are family with 3 little kids and we are facing an extremely high temperature outside (over 92F today and Sunday is going to be close to 100F).
