Having my old water heater replaced to a tankless Rennai water heater by Mike and Jason from WHM was the best choice I could have made. I love all the space I gained but most of all, not wasting all that water waiting for hot water when taking a shower. All I do now is go my app and recirculate the water for five minutes and BOOM, I have hot water in seconds. I love, love having hot water on demand. Mike and Jason teamed up in doing all the necessary work to remove the old water heater, move the gas lines and installed the recirculation pump inside. They were both great! I saw water coming from my garage and thought my washer machine was malfunctioning, but it was my water heater leaking. Looked through my diamond certified listing and called them up and they came right out. I thought they would just give me a estimate but they said they could do it right now! I was so happy. Amazingly FAST, courteous service with great price! Our 20 years-old water heater went out on Thursday night around 7:30 pm. It obviously needed to be replaced. It is old and leaked at the bottom. Water Heaters Masters came highly recommended from a friend. At the same time, I used Yelp to look for more quotes for the project. Interestingly, Water Heaters Masters' owner, Matt was the first to respond!! Very impressed with his fast communication, Thank you Matt. Then Alex contacted me and we set up an appointment between noon-2 pm the next day. The team arrived at 11 and I got a brand new water heater by the end of the day. The crew works fast and cleaned up very neatly. They came prepared!!! Thank you so much for your courteous, and super fast service.
