Very good experience with Blue Ice Air Conditioning & Heating. Sergio and Johnny responded very quickly on a weekend. Sergio was very knowledgeable and took time explaining to me what needs to be done with my condenser unit and furnace. Tanner and Javier came at the exact time as scheduled and performed an amazing job repairing my heating system in a timely manner. It's an older unit but they were able to fix it and even did some extra work and maintenance to my furnace. They were very efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, including thermostat settings. So glad that I have found this company and I will definitely use them again. Had the pleasure of working with Tanner to come service our Central Air conditioning unit. We were experiencing warm air when the unit was on cool function. Tanner was very thorough with his inspection. Explained his findings very clearly with many photos and videos to assist with understanding the problems our unit had. Gave us many options on how to tackle the work that fit our finances and needs. He made sure every little detail was taken care of when servicing and replacing the necessary parts and plugging gaps.
