very bad experience, would not recommend them. they basically charged me to come out only to let me know that they will charge $2000 to check for a leak. I've called other places and they quoted me $150 for the same leak diagnosis. And the owner was rude as hell too. do your due diligence before hiring them
Technician was on time knowledge and friendly. He examined the system for “start problems”. The system is brand new and his examination was for possible faulty start issues with the system. He was able to identify a fault Code that required contact with the manufacturer. He corrected what he could and the system was working when he left. I am extremely satisfied with his work and will use again if needed Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
Needed a new AC unit. Johnny took care of all the details and was communicating all the time. Very happy that i choose BlueIce, I highly recommend this company. Service: Install AC
