Klondike Air was amazing. I had them look at my 20-year-old Air Conditioning unit and they were very clear about the condition and options. The service man was on time, courteous, and helped us understand the issues. We got an email with everything we discussed and the quote. A few months later, we decided to replace our whole unit since it had finally died. Although it took 3 days, the whole team was clean and worked very hard. They cared about doing the job correctly over quickly, which I very much appreciated. We got exactly what they told us and it works perfectly. We are very happy! After a slew of bad experiences with a other local Air conditioning companies that will go unnamed, I contacted Klondike. They were courteous and came out the next day. Their technician, Chris, was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and installed a new part. He made a few suggestions but never tried to sell me additional parts. Their fee was reasonable and a painless. I would recommend them any day and they now have my business.
