After a slew of bad experiences with a other local Air conditioning companies that will go unnamed, I contacted Klondike. They were courteous and came out the next day. Their technician, Chris, was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and installed a new part. We hired Klondike Air because we had a complicated furnace replacement. Our ocean front Newport Beach home was built in 1962 and the furnace took intake air from the exterior. The old furnace was very inefficient and expensive to run because it heated cold exterior air. We learned that heating exterior are no longer meets the building code, so we needed to completely redesign the heating system. We talk with many heating companies. Some said the project was beyond their ability. Others proposed solutions that would not meet the building code or were very complicated and expensive. Andrew, from Klondike Air, devised an elegant solution that fully meet the building code and was relatively simple, affordable, and required minimal modifications to the house.
