I honestly debated for some time on posting, because although my experience with this company started off GREAT, there were some REALLY stressful moments when the installation was taking place that almost had me losing my mind. I want to begin by immediately saying that Alejandro and Tomas, who were part of the installation team, were TRULY AMAZING, HARD-WORKING and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done professionally and efficiently. David, who I dealt with throughout the process, was also attentive, understanding and went out of his way to make sure a I was happy and the system was working. Despite some issues that came up throughout the weekend, EVERYTHING turned out fine, and I'm a happy customer. My only recommendation is if you're planning to get a whole new system installed, don't do it on a Friday.
