Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Air

Thank you for sending us the invoice with the information. According to the yellow copy of order #089088, we were given a reduction in the amount of $965. for motor & calabrator. We have never received a bill from Monkey Wrench, so we were unaware we owed any money. We feel badly that you have never contacted us about the huge outstanding balance. According to our copy of the contract, we owe a balance of $7,385.00. We will happily give you a check or an American Express credit card number for the full amount due. We have a platinum Am Ex, so there is no question about Monkey Wrench Plumbing getting the payment. Here it is July, 2023 and the A/C no longer works. That is only 8 months ago, and we haven't used the A/C until now. And, we were told the first available service appointment is the middle of August. The temp in our home right now is 100 degrees. We are in our 80's and are suffering in this heat wave. We are disappointed about the service received from Monkey Wrench.

Ruben, Kevin and Eliseo worked on the main line at my property. Ruben is superb. He was helpful, hard working, professional, patient and honest. Kevin (Alex) is excellent. He too is very professional, extremely respectful and hard working and Eliseo is exceptional, his work performance outstanding. All three make a good team. I definitely will be working with this company again.

Highly recommend Monkey Wrench for all plumbing needs. We have worked with other companies before, but Monkey Wrench way surpassed all previous experiences.
