Re: Tankless Maintenance Josh Perez was our technician today who completed the tankless maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and patient about the maintenance process, explained things clearly and completed it efficiently. He also provided very useful information about some changes we can make in the future to address the hardness of water clearly explaining each option. We thank him for his work today and highly recommend him! We also thank Mauricio for the earlier coordination over the phone.

Ruben, Kevin and Eliseo worked on the main line at my property. Ruben is superb. He was helpful, hard working, professional, patient and honest. Kevin (Alex) is excellent. He too is very professional, extremely respectful and hard working and Eliseo is exceptional, his work performance outstanding. All three make a good team. I definitely will be working with this company again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Monkey Wrench Plumbing to fix a leaking bathtub faucet and remove a stuck hose (installing a new hose bib) in my home, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed and appalled at his plumber's blatant overcharging for their services. The total for these two services was 811.00. 150 dollars for parts and 661.00 for labor. When I looked up the shower valves that were replaced they were approximately 20 dollars each and the hose bib is about 10 dollars coming to a grand total of about 50 dollars, retail. So, they up-charged 100 dollars on parts alone. Now let’s get to the labor while he was technically here for approximately 2 hours, and he did fix the problem, that does include the 2 separate trips to the store to go buy the parts. The first initial trip plus an additional trip because he got the wrong parts the first time. In total, he spent about 30-40 minutes actually working and fixing the problem.
