Rush Electrical Service

Beware of this company! They send an electrician to connect my cook top. I explained them while I booked the service that this is just to connect 4 wires, nothing more. (I am disabled and cannot access the outlet underneath the cooktop to do it. ) I was told there will be a minimum charge of $65, which I told them is totally acceptable. Technician came, spent 15 minutes and charged my wife $250!!!… When I came home I called the Electricians Service ( Rush) to complain. to the manager. None was available. They promise he will call back. Never happened. Finally a supervisor told me 250$ is very reasonable for a 15 minutes job, because they charge by job not by time!,, This is highway robbery. Avoid using them!

Rush sent me Vahe an experienced professional electrician to fix my lights problem. He’s on time friendly did a very good job.

Avoid them, you’re better off hiring someone from task rabbit!! Called them because one of the kitchen sockets stopped working. The electrician charged $350 and ran “diagnostics” for 3-4 hours and couldn’t even figure out what the issue was. He left saying he’ll come back the next day but there was no communication until I called them a couple of days later. I called someone from task rabbit who was able to find and fix the problem in under an hour and charged $150. I called multiple times to complain but no one got back to me or helped in any way.
