Sergei from United Plumbing delivered quality work and great customer service. First, everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and responsive. Second, this was the first time in my homeownership experience when someone gave me a time window when a technician would arrive and he came right at the start of that window. I was happily surprised. Normally you’ll be told 12-2, and the person comes at 3:30. Sergei was here at 12. He fixed everything that we needed and gave advice on some additional questions that we had. The price was very fair, he even reminded me that I had a discount available for me based on what I was quoted prior to scheduling the service. Even without the discount, it turned out to be 2.5x cheaper than some big brand plumbing place wanted for exactly the same work. Great work, fair prices, prompt, great customer service. When I first saw that they averaged 4.9 stars, I immediately thought it was bots. Nope. It’s them delivering great service. Thank you United Plum

Because of I’m not good at English, so I rarely write the reviews. But for United Plumbing, I have to do something. I replaced all my house’s sewer lines and water pipes because it’s too old and already leaking somewhere. Everyone that I deal with was very courteous and responsive. They knew I’m not good at English, they’re all text messages to me, this gave me great convenience and the confidence to continue the work. Tim, Tom, and the technicians whose names I don't even know are all professional and friendly, they even fixed my neighbor's faucet for free at lunchtime. I can't express my satisfaction in words, I recommend this plumbing company to everyone.

United Plumbing was amazing. Alexandr was efficient, professional, and punctual. After leaving, my faucet was forming drips. I texted the company with my concern, and Alexandr came right back. He waited patiently for the slow-forming drips and determined it’s due to the high arc design of the faucet. Their service and responsiveness was impressive. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend highly.
