A friend had several plumbing issues which I tried to help with, United Plumbing came in and did great work. Their rates were good and even when the job was complex they stayed to fix it. I had tried to fix the issue and so had another plumber before they arrived and resolved everything.

Because of I’m not good at English, so I rarely write the reviews. But for United Plumbing, I have to do something. I replaced all my house’s sewer lines and water pipes because it’s too old and already leaking somewhere. Everyone that I deal with was very courteous and responsive. They knew I’m not good at English, they’re all text messages to me, this gave me great convenience and the confidence to continue the work. Tim, Tom, and the technicians whose names I don't even know are all professional and friendly, they even fixed my neighbor's faucet for free at lunchtime. I can't express my satisfaction in words, I recommend this plumbing company to everyone.

We chose United Plumbing to replace two old fountains with Elkay water dispensers. The owner Joe was highly responsive throughout. The price quoted was the final bill. The technician Dimitry showed up on time and finished on time, ~11 hours over two days, incl. time taken to buy parts, some wall and electric work, and snaking one clogged drain; he handled everything. We're happy customers.
