THIRD TIME'S A CHARM! I got 3 estimates, the first two of which were higher than expected. It was only on the 3rd time that the Buck's Roofing estimate was right on. A great value indeed. I had the pleasure to work with Jim Larsh, the owner. He was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous about setting up my roofing installation and doing a quality job. He pointed out things about my existing roof that would not pass inspection. This was not mentioned in either of the 2 previous estimates. Even adding in the additional labor and material to get my roof up to code, the estimate was still very acceptable. Talk about being responsive... on my initial contact, Jim called me back within minutes. You know you're in good hands with that type of customer service. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. Bucks roofing owned / operated by Jim Larsh was definitely The most helpful and informative roofer I contacted during my search.Jim explained all the different kinds of roof coverings, vents and exactly what he was going to do. He Inspected my gutters cleaned them out and recommended that I save some money and not replace them. He also installed a solar attic fan to increase the airflow and remove excess heat. Jim was very professional and replied to my text messages and questions very timely. When it came time for the installation and removal of the old shingles it was done very quickly. He made sure the surrounding area was clean and free of any debris. I couldn’t be happier with a job he did and the way he communicated. And oh yeah by the way his prices are very reasonable. Buck's Roofing installed new roof and gutters, after rapidly ripping off 54 years of accumulated shingle/shake layers. They provided the best price, with outstanding service, and performed much more quickly than I could have expected.
