Greiner is the only heating and air company that I will use in this area. From the office to the installers, they are knowledgeable, offer excellent service, do good work and are extremely professional. Nick really helped me by explaining in detail what my system needed for maintenance and longevity. I give him a 10 for communication and knowledge so important to customers! Since I have been using Greiner, my system has been in tip top shape which has relieved my stress about AC in the summer! The filter system the fabricated last year really helped my allergies! We had a great experience with Greiner for our first AC tune up. Our technician was Christian and he was very thorough and explained everything he found and suggested needed repair. Great Experience, our AC suddenly started blowing hot air. Called to schedule on Saturday, no techs available to come same day which is completely understandable but scheduled to come early Monday. We were able to identify the issue ourselves but still kept our appointment so that we could get a professional recommendation on the status of our aging unit (25+ years old). Tech, Nick, arrived evaluated the unit, and checked the system over and provided guidance. We will be setting a future appointment for an installation guide to come out so that we know solidly the cost and our options for our planning of a future replacement.
