We had major leaks in our hot water running through our slab. A phone call to Plumbing Dr. and they came right away...started the job 5 days later and completed within 3 days...even after we decided last minute to reroute the cold water at the same time. My main sewer line was clogged and I couldn't use any toilet or shower! I called them in the morning at 8am when they opened and they showed up on the earlier end of the 2 hour time frame. Mason was the plumber who arrived at our house and he was kind and professional from the beginning to end of the appointment. Mason was kind, patient and helpful when explaining what needed to be done. We will use Pumbing Doctor from now on because of how down to earth, efficient and understanding Mason was during our plumbing crisis. He was able to fix the clogged up main line and I had usable plumbing by noon!! I was impressed with the reasonable and affordable prices Plumbing Doctor offers as well.
