We had an old, outdoor PVC pipe break, with water flowing like crazy and, it turned out, no shutoff valve other than at the meter. I called Handy Bay; Andres did some diagnosing on the phone, then came by in 15 minutes! He put in a shutoff valve, then he and Jose came by an hour later and replaced the PVC pipe with copper at a very reasonable price. Incredibly timely, knowledgeable, high-quality service. This is the 3rd time I've summoned Andy's help in the last 12 months at my different places. Andy has been responsive to my texts each time & quickly provided availability for the next day. He was able to unclog a toilet each time. He's quickly diagnosed the issue & he has been able to unclog it within 20 minutes each time. He was respective of the household & professional throughout the entire process each time, providing service at a fair cost (he charged me less than he quoted me each time).
