We have an old house on a rural property so “it’s always something . . .”We call RotoRooter whenever the something is plumbing related because we have had such excellent service. Called for a backed up sewer line. The team was friendly and prompt and got the job done right. Overall great experience. My 2-star rating comes from the follow-up fleecing they attempted. After cleaning, they said I need to install a clean out. Another nice guy from Roto Rooter came out and gave me an estimate for the work, $15,000. Ouch! Called around and got the same work quoted at $3,200. Then someone came out, did the same inspection, and saw that we actually already had one!! So not only did Roto Rooter try to charge me literally 5x the going rate, we didn’t even need the work done at all. Simply gross. Such a bummer that nice, friendly, professional staff would be involved in such robbery. I’d only recommend for rooting but only if a local team isn’t available. Service: Sewer cleaning

Water line into our house was blocked this morning. No ability to use the toilet, shower, or do laundry. I pictured a backhoe in our yard and days of digging and installation of new lines, permits, inspections, lots of bills...instead Miguel and then Damien came to our home from Roto Rooter and we were soon back to normal. I so appreciated their professionalism, excellent communication skills, and quick response. Service: Sewer repair
