We have an old house on a rural property so “it’s always something . . .”We call RotoRooter whenever the something is plumbing related because we have had such excellent service. The only reason for two stars is because they came on Christmas Eve. Otherwise one star. At the time I did not know I was being bamboozled but now I know. First off, they used the wrong tool and they misdiagnosed my issue. A second plumber also used the wrong tool and misdiagnosed the issue. The third plumber finally used the right tool and fixed the issue. Also, to dig the driveway and replace a problem connection, I was quoted $16000. The third plumber, quoted $5700, still too high in my mind but it tells you how off roto rooter is.

Really appreciated the good work Ricky and Roto Rooter did to fix a stopped up sink with an obstruction beyond the under sink plumbing area. Very easy to set up an appointment, appointments were available in the near future, problem was solved quickly. Will be using them again! Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing
