Mario was on time, professional, clean, odorless, and courteous. He did a thorough check on my system before guessing what the issue was. Once his analysis was complete, he was able to explain exactly what was needed to repair my system and gave me multiple options on cost and repairs. He also explained the benefits of additional repairs to provide my unit with a longer life expectancy. About two years ago I had a Tarpy sales person come to my house. Long story short he sold me their BEST system and Gold warranty service for $20,000! my first concern was, In the middle of my install, they took the crew off my job to go do another job. then 3 different crews were sent out to complete the job. My system worked SO WELL in the first 6 months, then just started to decline. I have had them out to look at the system at least 4-5 times. They recharged it once, another guy said the vents were too small and they would work better if they replace them bigger ones, but they never came back. This last time I called and spoke to the manager, or the owner (not sure which one). When I never heard back from them, I emailed Jennifer(?) and I am STILL waiting for them to call back or come out. I have three family members that spent about half of what I did, and all of them have a system that is 100% better than what I had installed by Tarpy. I truly feel like I got RIPPED OFF!!!!

Had Tarpy come do an HVAC tuneup. I was very happy with their service and my technician, Jonathan, was great. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed some inefficiency due to wear as well as the need for more coolant. He worked with me to make sure I was happy with the course of action and made me confident it was the best choice for the price. I already scheduled my furnace tune up and requested Jonathan again.
