Tarpy installed my AC unit originally almost a decade ago, but it recently stopped blowing cold air. I called Tarpy and was able to have a technician on-site the very next morning. Communication was top notch. Tara scheduled my appointment and Rafael Juarez contacted me the next day giving me a 30 minutes heads up. He ran all of his diagnostics and explained in laymen terms how the system works and where the fault was at. He communicated options clearly, didn’t pressure me whatsoever, and provided guidance and recommendations. He was extremely professional and friendly, greeting me and using shoe covers when entering my house. After making my decision, which was to replace the capacitor and to add a start assist kit, my AC unit was back up and running within the hour. The whole experience couldn’t have gone any better and I really appreciate the integrity and quality that has been provided to me throughout the years with Tarpy. I’d highly recommend Tarpy but specifically Rafael as well

Our AC unit finally hit the high road and we needed estimates for either a repair or new system. Although we ultimately did not go with Tarpy for our HVAC replacement they were phenomenal through the process. I had no trouble getting questions answered and at no time felt pressured to make a decision. I would call them again in the future if necessary.

Our technician was very courteous and professional. I was late for our appt, he had left already and he came back quickly! I was very thankful!
