Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

My only real complaint is how expensive the service is. If I was local to my rental property, I could have saved myself almost $2k in fairly easy repairs. But they were very quick. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Wow. The fine gentleman at Roto-Rooter really impressed my wife and I with their customer service, professionalism and technical skill. We were in a rough place after our main line backed up late in the evening leaving us without usable bathrooms, kitchen etc. After calling two other places to get emergency service only to be denied due to availability or because they did not service our area (Alpine), Roto-Rooter was at our house in an hour. Brett showed up at our house and left us with a warm and fuzzy feeling with his attitude, determination and genuine interest in helping us out. After a valiant effort that night, the clog could just not be reached. Brett assured us he would call in reinforcements (Tony) and early the next day they sent a camera down the vent on my roof and they finally unclogged the main line. Jovany took care of our toilet leak. He was quick to the scene, I had called earlier that day and he arrived same day in 2 hours. He investigated the situation, was very clear in his approach and communication, and what might've been a huge issue turned out to be much smaller thanks to his expertise.
