Though we have not decided what to do with the repair of our HVAC system, it has been a great experience having interacting with the owner Luke. What makes a pro is that they are very curious of difficult cases, when others shy away from it - Luke is one for sure! He came with several diagnostic equipment a couple of times. Best of all, he was interested in solving the problem we had knowing several other HVAC people could not figure out what the problem was.
