I’ve had AAVCO work for me almost 20 years. They techs are hard working, knowledgeable, and caring. This time, however, their phone staff really dropped the ball. Our a/c went out and it took almost 2 weeks to get fixed after initial visit. That were just NOT calling back when they promised they would. That was disappointing. I normally would rate them 5 stars. This might have to do with the fact that they’re now a larger company with three separate departments. I am loyal, so I stuck it out and am giving them another shot. I rejoined their membership at $10/mo. for 1 year. This includes 3 visits where they do maintenance on hvac and plumbing. It comes with 10% off any needed repairs. I recommend you use them. Especially if you have no immediate issues and want a trustworthy maintenance package. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Caleb and Family Plumbing-AAVCO Plumbing. My A/C quit working and I was able to get a technician out to my house the next day. Everyone I had contact with from the staff person scheduling the appointment, the person who called to inform me Caleb was on his way, and Caleb was personable and professional. Caleb’s service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had plus provide some suggestions for improvements with our HVAC we might want to consider in the future.
