the Service/repairman, Juan Sanchez, was punctual and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and why he did it. Mr. Sanchez also explained to me, when he was through with the job, what I needed to do to maintain the integrity of my A/C unit. When he was finished with job, he asked me if I had any questions or concerns, Having none, Mr. Sanchez departed my residence. Service: A/C system maintenance

Poor service. Did not fix the problem. 6 hours latter water comes through the ceiling again 2. But now like to add that the second technician you sent was able to repair the problem.
