So far one of the best shops in Fresno!! (Phillip) the owner helped me get my car back to running normal. I’ve Been having electrical draining problems on my 2011 bmw x5 for a while something the guys at bmw couldn’t figure out. after wasting so much time and $ with the guys at bmw I finally decided to take it to Mastertech and glad I did. He has all the tools and technology to pin point exactly what’s the problem and will let you know about other problems previous mechanics wouldn’t tell you. Very smart and professional. I Highly recommend anyone with bmw or any vehicle to come here. Phillip knows what he’s doing!! Thank you and all the other guys at Mastertech auto. A year ago I comment about this place that they had a rude receptionist. She no longer works there thank goodness. Recently I took both of my cars in these past couple months they have a new receptionist. They offered picking me up at my home or dropping off my vehicle after it's done. I have a busy life, busy schedule. They made everything stress free for me. The staff and the owner was very professional and I would like to personally thank Daniel for working on my cars. Keep up the good work guys

Hands down best customer service in the Valley. They do amazing work, very friendly, honest and trustworthy. My Volvo has been sitting for 3 years and they got my car up and running. You guys are the BOMB
