Ruben was the tech that came out to fix my air conditioner, as usual he was very punctual and figured out the problem very quickly! I was very pleased that he was able to fix it immediately, so thankfull for Nalk taking such good care of their customers! When my A/C went out, I was referred to Nalk HVAC. I called and got an appointment for the next day, plus a text confirming it! I got a courtesy call that morning and a text with a picture of Lorenzo who later texted to say he was on his way. Then he called me to see what size filters the A/C required. Lorenzo was very efficient and got it up and running cold in no time, after checking everything a second time to make sure. THANK YOU, LORENZO! And Happy 8 years Anniversary!
