Controlled Climates

Controlled Climate installed our new AC unit a few years ago and they were exceptional. I signed up for the maintenance plan where they come out in the spring and fall for preventative maintenance. Dallas has been our technician and he is exceptional. Answers all of my questions and give me a detailed brief on work completed. It is so nice to have a company that stands behind their work. Ray and Nathan came out on a Saturday to replace a capacitor when we were in the middle of triple digits of heat! They were so thorough and fix the problem! They checked everything out, all the numbers, explained everything and very honest with the charges. Ray the Owner knows what he is doing and Nathan too! Called these folks on a day headed for 100+. They had a tech on my roof within 6 hours of my call. He thoroughly explained my problem and had it resolved in less than an hour.
