We were very impressed by the value that Nathan and the crew were able to bring us with our HVAC install. They were able to get us a top of the line HVAC unit, replaced all of our old ducts, added a second return and got it all done in 4 days even when it was raining during one of them! The team did a fantastic job making sure to minimize the amount of attic dust that got into our house and cleaned up whatever did make it in. Our air conditioning system went out on one of the coldest nights. Luckily we used Costless Plumbing Heating & Air for some plumbing work at our office and decided to give them a try for an estimate for a new heating system. I called in the morning and the friendly comfort advisor, Nathan came out to see our system and diligently worked on presenting all of our system options. He answered all of our questions and explained the process for each option. We happily chose a new Bosch system due to us on solar and Nathan quickly went to work. The same week, we had a full installation team replace our split system and we were back to heating the same week! Nathan and his team got us back to heating before the rain storm.
