This was our second opinion for AC tune up and need for possible more work. This company was very responsive and helpful! They were able to come out same day and able to stay until it was fixed! Clear communication, hard working and good price compared to previous quote. We were very happy with specialized air and the technician was courteous and professional. 10/10 - Highly recommended! My AC stopped working late in the afternoon on a Sunday. Given the extreme heat, I was very worried that I would have to wait until at least Monday to have someone come out to address the issue. Fortunately, I called Specialized Air and Taz was able to come out to my house within the hour. He quickly fixed the problem and went above and beyond addressing some additional (unrelated) HVAC concerns. Taz was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful.
