Beware of Fresno Roofing! I called Fresno Roofing to get an estimate for repairing two leaks on my roof. The woman who answered the phone told me that I would hear from someone the next day to set up an appointment. Instead, two days later they called me and said they were on their way, and could they come by right then. I agreed, but had to drop off my kids at school. When I returned they had already started cleaning the roof. I had only asked for an estimate. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about. They said they weren't the right guys for an estimate and that would be done by someone else. We needed those valleys cleaned to prevent the leaks in the upcoming storm and since they already started, and I really liked the guys, I just decided to let them clean the valleys. They said they would clear the debris and clean for $460, and that they would arrange to have someone come out another time to assess the damage to the roof caused by the leaks. This company came out to repair a roof that leaked yet again on the next rain. When we called the office to come out and look what is wrong with it we were hit by a bill for cleaning of about $350, when we called the office to ask about the bill they stated there work is not GUARANTEED. Wowww!!! Cant believe this!!! Insane!! Don’t use this company or any work they do will not be done right. Service: Roof repair
