I found them on Facebook through an ad offering fireplace inserts. And the process from the very beginning was so easy. Someone came out to take measurements and tell me about the insert, and within a couple of weeks I got the voucher for the installers to come. John and George were very professional, they kept my house clean even though they had to take out bricks for the unit to fit. They explained how the components worked and they did it all within a couple of hours. I’d recommend not only the program, but these installers to everyone!

They had called me repeatedly after I had a consult. I explained to them that we weren't ready to pull the trigger but I'm not joking when I say they must've called me at least 10+ times before deciding to go with them. Once we went with them they never updated us and we called them back. Definitely made it feel like a cash grab. Yes the windows themselves are nice if you are okay with paying double the price for the "lifetime warranty". I regret doing more than just our one big window, instead I did four because they claimed their business was not modeled around doing just one. Also just know that the windows are just popped in and mirror the size of the previous window. If your trim is ugly/rotted/chipped they will do nothing for that asthetic. They do not stress this before you sign the contract and even after asking multiple times I did not get any direct answer. After the laborers finished the windows they didn't ask for payment so I assumed they were not done (contract said payme
