These guys are awesome. I have used them twice as a vendor through my home warranty. They contact immediately and show up at the beggining of their window. The employees are very friendly and clearly know what they're doing. I would use them even if I didn't have a warranty.
I made an appointment with the owner, waited all afternoon (5 1/2 hours) and he didn't show. Then I called and left a message. He never responded. I can't even imagine how he would respond to a warranty call after you paid him.
Very quick response time. Initial call 2:30pm and dispatched and repair completed at 6:00pm same day. Professional and provided clear summary of work needed as well as complete update on repair and parts needed. Will definitely use ST Heating and Air Conditioning again as well as recommend to friends/family. Services: A/C system repair, Install thermostat, Repair HVAC
