David was extremely prompt, very knowledgeable and explained all the issues so well. He fixed all of the issues to the dead outlets and the breakers and explained future work that I needed to get done. I was very confident in his knowledge and work and would use them again in a heartbeat. Great customer service and good work ethic is hard to find these days.

We were facing an emergency on the eve of Tropical Storm Hilary. Our stove ignition was continuously sparking nonstop, and we feared a fire. If we turned off the breaker, we would have ended up with our fridge turned off. This would have made all our food go bad right before a potential environmental disaster that could have left us with food and water shortages. Our home warranty, American Home Shield, didn't consider this an emergency and refused to help us. So, we decided to reach out to Mr. Electric. The receptionist and the electrician we spoke to, Mark, were incredibly understanding and kind and very knowledgeable. Mark contacted us right away, less than an hour after we reached out to them. He helped us figure out how to turn off the electricity for the stove without turning off the electricity for the fridge, avoiding the dilemma we were facing, so that we could address the appliance as a non-emergency at a later date and still use all the appliances. He even did this for free,
