Apex heating and air conditioning

Our AC stopped working suddenly & we needed to get it fixed asap since it was going to be an hot weekend. I called Apex & they were able to have a technician come out that same day. I made an appointment when our 20 yr old AC died in the middle of hot summer. The very next morning, John showed up on time and was able to replace our entire AC unit in less than three hours. We returned from a trip to the heat wave and discovered that neither of our air conditioners were working. The upstairs unit was only a year and a half old. APEX installed the upstairs unit and so I called off." The technician corrected both and everything started to work! He checked to see that cool air was coming out of both and said that I should be okay. Best of all, he didn't even charge me! That's what I call service. You know who I'm going to when the older unit dies out or if I have any other problems. Even with the hectic nature of this hot week, he was very pleasant and helpful.
