We interviewed 4 AC companies for a Carrier heat pump ac. The other 3 were well marketed in the area however, found them through the Carrier website as a local installer. They are a local company without the marketing frills, by far the best in terms of fairness and great service and great product. From the moment we met with Jason, to his install crew Brent & Louis whom went above the call of the job, as well as the service manager Gaylord, it was a positive experience. Great owners, local company, and we got quality system at fair price. I had a couple install imperfections and they were taken care of properly and in a timely manner. Very pleased with our new HVAC system. I think when things dont go perfectly smooth, you get to see the true colors of a company in how its handled, and I was VERY happy with how they handled our issues. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
