Awesome service.... He had such a positive attitude was able to help with all my final checklist to sell the house.. I had 3 electrical lines the caused shortage and breakers to go off Andres was able to diagnose the problem in a timely matter. Installed 3 ceiling fans $80 each replace the plumbing for my washer with copper. He removed the bathtub and installed a new pvc pipe drain and installed a new tub and shower head within 4 hours... painted my bathroom and installed exhaust fans. He was also able te repair soon roof leaks and a few stucco cracks. The best part I loved is that he was reasonable it seamed expensive but well worth the money for someone who knows what he was doing.. and when I say expensive I don’t mean to compare to a contractor vea cause he was %50 less but I mean expensive because he did it all by himself in one day made it seem like everything was too easy!! Totally recommend if you need a fast flip and turn.
