Had a great sales experience with American Energy. Their pitch was professional, courteous, competitive, and educational. They did not try to upsell me like the big guys that you see in commercials.
Best service and quality I could have asked for. Called the office this morning. They had an estimated arrival, SAME DAY between 4-7 the repairman called ahead to ask if he could come early! Hagen did a quick but thorough diagnosis and a same day repair for under $400! What more could you ask for in 103 degree heat? Nothing?! But he was also polite, friendly and not pushy! I'll recommend everyone I know. Also Dawn in the office was polite and had excellent communication through the process.
