Very thorough explanation of problem. Given choice of several options. We felt pat was very trustworthy so our decision was easy to make. Powell has given us excellent service every time we have used them.
First...my electrician Pat Ma was AMAZING. Great Great guy. My PROBLEM is with the insane price gouging and unprofessional person who took my call in the office. I was charged $350 for an $18 part that takes seconds to install. AFTER already paying $950. to have a standard ceiling fan installed............this "additional" charge/item came at the END of the job. Patrick felt awful....and I don't blame him.....but....the JERK who took my call in the office was horrible. ZERO professionalism/customer service. To charge $350. for an $18. part that takes literally 1 minute should have been included in the install of the ceiling fan. WILL NEVER NEVER us POWELL again and will discourage other not to!
Raul came early and was so efficient and professional. The cost was explained up front and very fair. He was knowledgeable and kind and as a single female made me feel very safe. I would highly recommend Powell Electric top to bottom Service: Electrical wiring repair
