Pao was very professional. Arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. Sympathetic to our needs and explained the process in layman’s terms. Steve, salesperson, was excellent. Arrived within 30 minutes and also, very professional, personable and guided us with all details and explained all options available, including financing. We are truly grateful for Lee’s Air and the entire team, Jesse, Armando, Raul and Jonathan all have done an excellent job with AC, ducts and water heater installation. Lee’s Air is a great company. I feel very comfortable with their technicians. Today Christopher communicated with us before he arrived. He gave us a link which showed us exactly where he was. AC was blowing hot air in the middle of summer. Had lee’s come out to to find the issue was capacitor. I had a “better quality” capacitor recommended to me only to find out the issue was still occurring. Called Lee’s back to hopefully get the issue resolved, the technician was very professional and offered to come back out next day but only to be told that if the issue was not due to the technician error I would be have to pay the diagnostic fee again for something that was not caught in the first visit. Luckily, I was still able to add HVAC service to my home warranty only to find that the “better quality” capacitor that was was recommended to me was causing the issue and not installed correctly. I tried calling Lee’s back to hopefully address and rectify this issue but I would get the run around from everyone on the phone. I was out 600+ on a bad service and part that didn’t even work on my unit. Had a different capacitor installed and no issues since. Lesson learned definitely shop
