Poor Customer Service. We signed papers in January. We were told it would probably be March before the could start because of Weather. In March we called and were told about 6 weeks out. In May we called again and were told we were on the list. Then in June they called and gave us about 4 days notice they would be starting. So we stayed home from taking a family vacation. Workers left trash anywhere they sat for a break on our property. Dryrought was only removed and boards replaced because I requested it. They took raingutters down and did not reinstall. I had to prime the facia that was replaced as they kept roofing. When the job was finished Howard called within days of receiving the final invoice asking when we would be dropping off payment. Howard told my wife he would send someone out to fix the gutter. Then called me out of town on work and said he wouldn't the same day. (Playing mom against dad).
