This business reported a drainage problem that did not exist. They said that they used a camera to report the problem, but yet had no copy of that video as evidence. They reported a breakage in a pipe and therefore, gave me an outrageous estimate for the repair. An honest plumbing company reported NO breakage in the pipe and repaired the issue for a fraction of the cost. They guaranteed their work without additional cost. I feel I was scammed by a sales representative who was taking advantage of my senior status, female gender, and presumed single marital status. Clearly he was working off of commission. In addition to charging an unreasonable amount for the diagnosis of the problem and repair, they wanted to charge me an additional 1,600.00 to guarantee the work for one year. Also, I paid the charge for the diagnosis and I had to ask for a receipt several times before I got one! Never use this company's service! Johnathon Clark was excellent and professional. He showed up on time and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent. A bit pricey but he provided excellent quality and he knows what he is doing. Well worth the peace of mind. I would call on him again of I have additional plumbing issues.
