Tom was extremely helpful and honest about my roof condition. I was requested by my Insurance company to reinstall new roof in order to renew my home insurance. Tom came and inspected my roof and told me that my roof condition was actually good enough for next 10 years. Tom was nice to provide me with a letter of roof certification for free, which made me successfully renew my home insurance. I actually consulted with some other roofing companies, and all of them did me a quote for replacing with new roof. None of them honestly told me that then real condition of roof, except Tom. Had several roofing companies look at small project to seal my porch roof where it joined the wall of the house. Others told me it couldn’t be done or didn’t want to bother. Garvey came out right away, gave me a fair price for the work, followed up after the estimate to see if I had questions/concerns then completed the job in a timely way despite weather delays. I am so pleased with the done on my roof by Garvey Roofing earlier this year! The office staff was very professional and Niko came out to assess the damage, then he provided me a written quote. By this time I had quotes from 2 other contractors and while Garvey roofing's quote was similar to that of the 1st contractor, I decided to go with Garvey Roofing because they kept their word - they showed up and completed the work as scheduled. Niko was very personable and didn't try to price gauge me because I'm a woman! Garvey Roofing is my roofer/contractor of choice and I HIGHLY recommend them!
