They were able to schedule me for the next day. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour! It looks great, no more leaks and will last the lifetime of the pipes. My service person was Jeffrey P. Excellent in all ways. He diagnosed an initial problem, recommended a solution, returned when water filter unit arrived and quickly and efficiently installed. First time I have used Kevin Shaw. From the first phone call to when Jeff left after completing work, all staff were exemplary. Notifications all along the way were timely and thorough.
